These Terms are provided in multiple languages for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law. This document is general information only and is not legal advice.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of websites, content, and online services operated by Misxit ("we", "us", or "our"), including pages where you browse furniture products, read articles, request quotes, register an account, place orders, or contact our team.
By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A separate written contract, proforma invoice, or purchase order signed or confirmed with us may contain additional terms; in case of conflict, that commercial agreement controls for the relevant transaction.
2. About our services
Misxit is a furniture source factory based in Foshan, China. Our website presents modern furniture for living, dining, and bedroom spaces, product information, project inspiration, and tools to request quotes or place orders subject to applicable law.
Browsing the site or submitting a quote request does not create a binding supply contract until we confirm pricing, specifications, quantities, and commercial terms in writing (for example by quote acceptance, proforma invoice, or signed order). Catalog prices, lead times, and availability may change without notice.
3. Eligibility and user accounts
To use account features such as saving favorites, managing a cart, submitting quotes, or placing orders, you must be able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at misxit@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Quotes, pricing, and orders
Prices shown on product pages are indicative and typically exclude shipping, duties, taxes, and customization unless stated otherwise. Final commercial terms are confirmed in our quote or order documents. Currencies and Incoterms (if any) will be stated in that confirmation.
Adding items to a cart or submitting a quote request does not reserve production capacity. A binding order exists only after we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit or payment terms are met. We may decline or cancel requests for capacity, specification, compliance, or fraud-prevention reasons.
5. Product information and customization
We strive to keep descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, and finishes accurate. Natural materials (such as wood and stone) and handmade or batch production may show natural variation in color, grain, and texture. Measurements are approximate unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Custom sizes, finishes, or OEM/ODM work follow the specifications we confirm with you. You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use, destination market, and local regulations (including import rules) are suitable for the products you order.
6. Intellectual property
The site, brand name, logos, product photography, text, layouts, and other materials are owned by Misxit or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, or redistribute site content for commercial publication without our prior written consent, except as allowed by mandatory law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, harvesting data, impersonating others, submitting false quote or order information, or interfering with site security or performance.
We may restrict access from certain regions or IP ranges where required by law, export controls, sanctions, or fraud-prevention policies.
8. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or use third-party platforms (for example social networks, analytics, messaging tools, payment or logistics providers, or chat widgets). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Communication through WhatsApp, email, or other channels may be processed by providers outside your country. You choose to use those channels at your own discretion.
9. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Articles and guides on the site are for general information about furniture materials, design, and purchasing; they do not replace professional design, engineering, or compliance advice for your project.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Misxit and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the site.
Our total liability for claims relating to use of the site alone (other than liability that cannot be excluded by law, and other than claims governed by a separate written supply contract) is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the specific confirmed order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, or (b) USD 100.
11. Privacy and communications
When you register, request a quote, place an order, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we process information such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, shipping or project address, and message content as needed to respond, fulfill orders, and operate the site. We may also use cookies or similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics (where enabled), and—where required by law—only after you give consent.

12. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will change when we publish a new version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
